Nope. You simply touch the switch to the START position and release. The car will decide how long to crank the starter and start the car when appropriate.

Slightly off-topic. The JDM Civic, Accord(TSX) and Inspire(Our Accord) all have optional keyless entry system avaliable.
I wonder why they don't offer those in our markets...

YES...it appears that Acura is the only luxury japanese maker with keyless ignition WITHOUT pushbutton start.
