Why isn't this car selling better? Maybe because it's ugly...

Meh, McElroy has been on a Honda/Toyota bashing fest for a while, and has really been (along with De Lorenzo) pushing the "Honda lost it's Mojo" meme in recent months. They're super bullish on Hyundai who....surprise... sponsors his show....

The ZDX isn't hideous not very attractive but the TL OTOH.... We all agree was beat with the ugly stick. I actually like the Crosstour

I don't have a problem with the Element, Flex, or xB . I was expecting more of Acura's line up on there, though.

Yeah, I remember that sad day.... I actually gasped and wondered who greenlighted it....same with the day the RL MMC was announced.

I actually like the ZDX, though. Also, I still can't get enough of the ZDX's interior. That interior (or at least the cockpit) is damned near perfect.

MDX & TSX are the only Acuras I'd drive. ZDX looks awful in pics but in person it's less weird. Nowhere near good looking though.

The Crosstour would look decent if it didnt have a 4x4 stance

I'm not really surprised. The grill on the TL, RL, ZDX (am I forgetting someone?), are all hideous. I cant believe they all agree on the grill, I bet they were all high at the board meeting.

For the longest time I really thought that this was a pic of Woody Harrelson playing a role in a movie. I guess he wanted to pass on his own physical facial characteristic to his car designs.

I was surprised to see the RX-8, too. I think it's a very thirsty car with a lot of technology and an engine very people probably understand, so it has quite a few issues, but I would not call it ugly. This is especially true compared to other wildly-grinning, ultra-creased cars in Mazda's lineup.

Of course, I'm not even bothered by the Element or Flex, because in their cases form pretty cleverly follow function.
