Can anyone help me. I have a 2003 Acura and tKe good care of it. Now it has a whining noise Being a woman I don't want a false assessment from a mechanic that doesn't know me. Don't want to be taken over the barrel
. If some one has had the same problem. Please can you let me know so I can have some knowledge when I have it checked out

What kind of whining noise is it?

When does the noise occurs? Is it when you turn the steering wheel? If yes it can possibly be low or something to do with power steering fluid.


Try poping the hood having someone inside the car duplicate the sound/noise with your head near/under the open hood try to see where the sound is coming from and post back here.
