AC techs where are you? Evaporator cleaning.

Q.) What is the best kind of cleaning liquid to put in to clean AC evaporator?
The wrong stuff I've heard will reek for a week.
Q2) Where exactly would one spray this?
Step 2 we figured Lysol would work. Dealer has something called "Fridgy Fresh" for $10 a pop for sale.
