How could you not love this? Judging by the video the interior is still pretty stock which makes it usable and 10x more awesome.

^ I would have thought the intro to the video (picking up lumber at HD, dropping off bags of stuff at Goodwill, moving a dresser) would have shown immediately that the interior is stock and usable like a "standard" van

But yeah, pretty bad ass. May need one of those for the business

Awesome.

You'd need puke bags on the back of each seat taking the kids to soccer practice .

Hey, I know AMS. They do some pretty sweet work.

I may hit them up this summer and see if I can take the ST over there for some work and possibly dyno (may be AWD only).

That's awesome! Funny too that I saw a video of another unassuming vehicle in the 12's that I was thinking about posting on AZine, so this is a perfect spot for it. Bob, you might be very interested in the last half of the video.

I was worried the V was gonna lose at first! Then it started pulling at the end.

AWD>>>>>>>RWD for traction from a stop.

OK, towing capacity confirmed and there are a few high mile, low dollar vans around which would be perfect to start with.

Wonder how much a conversion like this (wouldn't go as extreme) costs

Reminds me of Paul Newman's obsession with hot rodding Volvo wagons.

Complete waste of time and money.

I'm thankful to have owned an LSx powered car. It's the pinnacle of mass produced small block engineering. Crazy how these motors are getting swapped into EVERYTHING with different companies making motor mounts/headers/x-pipe's/intakes ect. to fit the different car models.

Im looking forward to seeing what GM's new LT1 is capable of. It's hard to imagine them improving on the LS series of motors....

Ive been looking to replace my Expedition for some time now with one of these. Seen quite a few on the forums that are mid to low 13s with little more than a tune and intake.

They are indeed very quick for what they are, and even quicker with very little invested. My only advice is beware some have had engine failures, and not all have been due to aftermarket parts or racing them. I personally know a family member that had their Flex's engine blow with in 5k miles of purchasing it.
