So I figured Id post some pics of the wrx... Nothing special, just some home built, self wrenched, road/race fun. I love this car. It's fun, fast, loud (custom cut-out) and has full suspension....

02 WRX
05 STi interior
05 STi tails

Enjoy

haha, common question! Its for road racing. The leverage it gives you is unbelieveable. I can pretty much nudge it on a 3-4 shift and it'll throw itself into gear. It's hard to believe until you actually try it, which is what sold me on it... You get a much better feeling of control, and it's completely removeable

Did you have to get a short shifter after you got that extension on your shifter?

It's also so you don't have to move your hand as far away from the steering wheel to shift. I've always wanted to get a shifter like that.

The car looks good. Have fun with it.

Nice Subie.....

Join the crowd, there are some more of us on here. And I bet 400HP with that light of a car is a bit quick. What kind of tires are on it? I have Bridgestone RE050A's and they are pretty sticky.

the gt30r's exhaist housing cracked 3 days ago, so as of now its got a clipped 18g. i made 399whp with the 30r... I think if I dynoed now I'd make around 350whp? right now its road tuned on map 4 because I havent made it out to mspt

what are you running? that leggy looks sweet.

the re050s are great once there hot. The first lap or two on a track should do the trick.

Once hot, they grab like a German grabbing a bier at a fest. Very nice summer tire but they are expensive ($215 each @ tire rack, 215/45-18)...

I saw your avatar in another thread and was just curious on the setup... Truth is the tilt steering wheel was what really made me curious since I am in the market for one

Glad I looked at the thread, suby's fresh kid...
