the 4g63 DSM motor has been proven time and time again to take 28 psi on stock internals- I'm sure 35 is possible as well with the right tuning/fuel.

Yeah..its just at some point it diminishing returns....to get more power...you need a bigger bang...which means more air and fuel...but you also need extra fuel to compensate for the increased pressure....you usually end up running rich and thus diminishing returns.

Did you notice that they were lso planning nitrous? That would have killed it even if it would have lasted the dry runs...35lbs of boost + nitrous = engine peices on the floor....
