Better aerodynamics, handling, and definitely more mod's will be made for it than any other nissan ever, I'd say.
I like the idea of the supercharger, but from the factory there should be a turbo version in the coming future.
They should have all sorts of plug and play app's available for it when it comes out.

Damn, that would be TIGHT!
The convertible would tear up an //M roadster, and run with an //M3 convertible too.
Does anyone have pics of the convertible yet? Even photochopped?

NO way, I'd take the G35 after reading this:
It shares the same powerful 3.5-liter V6 with the Z, and the Coupe gets the Z¡¯s six-speed manual transmission, which won¡¯t show up in the Sedan until 2003. A five-speed automatic is also available. Best of all, the G35 Coupe shares much of the Z¡¯s road manners, minus just a little bit of the Z¡¯s harshness.
How much? Here is how chief vehicle engineer Kazutoshi Mizuno worded the difference between the 350Z and G35 Coupe: ¡°It is very similar to the difference between carbon and metal tennis rackets,¡± he said. ¡°With a carbon fiber tennis racket, the sweet spot is bigger; with a metal racket, it is smaller; the Z is a metal racket, the Coupe is carbon fiber.¡± Except that a carbon fiber tennis racket doesn¡¯t come with 280 horsepower (at 6200 rpm) and 270 lb-ft of torque (at 4800). That¡¯s 20 more horsepower than the G35 Sedan, due mostly to routing changes to the intake and exhaust, and 7 hp less than the Z. The coupe gets an aluminum block and head with a 10.3:1 compression ratio for smooth power across a wide, humpbacked band.
Just like how i'd take a acura over a honda.

C&D (or maybe motor trend) tested M3 and the clk 55, and found the m3 covertible to be arroud 4.8 sec 0-60, while the z is arround 5.6 stock. And besides the upcomming m3 are supposed to be like 3-400 pounds lighter because the carbon fiber they will use.
