350z Exhaust Note

I've heard a few including Zeroday's 350. I just rode next to one on the road and it sounds weak in comparison the exhaust note of the comptech exhaust on the 6MT. Is there a difference between the auto and manual 350z exhaust note?

They have the same tone, although it would be a little muted because the auto would be keeping the revs under 2k during most driving.

I've heard the Z too, nothing special. People are surprised by the exhaust note my car has with the mufflers and AEM intake, sounds like a damn V8! I love it!

I told you so it completes the car and turns head when I tap the revs a bit like motorcycles do I love the way my car sounds without the headers...I've heard the exhaust with the headers and since it freer flowing the exhaust doesn't go that deep. Its hard to explain but its noticeable.

the exhaust makes its tone in the 2000 RPM range the headers revs the engine so fast the exhaust is never really in its rpms range that long to be noticed.
