oh shit.
turns out the guy my dad had bought the M3 from had stolen it from Germany (yes he actually got it) so now my dad loses the car, and has to go through all this legal shit, which probably wont be done until the M3 is available here.

oh haha very funny yes i do own a camera phone but i dont really care to connect it to the computer and i dont feel the need to go buy a $100 camera just becuase you want pics. someone please close this thread
