I hate to burst this guys bubble, but there are equal or better cars in the US. All of which are "street legal". That car isn't a daily driver... nor is it the "quickest" road car. Maybe for the UK. And no way in hell it would even make it to the competition for the "fastest street car shootouts" here in the US, it'd never pass the pretests. It's just a drag strip race car on the streets because it's pre-emissions.
There are "street legal" alcohol cars that run around here in Kansas with 2000+ hp. Why, because there are no emissions in this state. I'm sure other states have cars like this as well. But like this one, they are drag cars being driven on the street.
A full tubular chassis/roll cage with wheelie bars isn't exactly "street legal". Not to mention I'm sure the car could get ticketed for various things if you threw the book at it.
That aside, it's a badass ride.

That car is 2000hp... did you watch the video?
It can be knocked down to a mere 1000 HP or so for taking trips to the grocery store on pump gas, and then cranked up towards 2000 HP on racing fuel - if, indeed, the rest of your car (and your guardian angel) can handle that sort of power.
