2013 Vette Fugly Butt
Is it me, or is the ass end of this new vette really ugly?
Spotted this in C&D and had to take a second look. Seems Chevy has lost touch with the smooth lines of the split window\/

^ I think it is. I get the idea, but Chevy over exaggerated it. Lets hope they tone it down a little.

The Shirley pic may be one of the best posts I've seen in a looong time. Epic.That C&D render is just that, a render. It's based on the Stingray in Transformers2. Although I think Chevy is going more radical this time around, I'd be shocked if they didn't tone down the rear some.

If you look on the cover of Car & Driver, the story is "25 Cars Worth Waiting For". One of the 3 cars pictures is this 2013 C7 Corvette. This Corvette is supposed to be out in the fall of 2012 as a 2013 model. Starting price is $50,000.
It is not ugly. Here are pictures I took of the same car at the 2010 Kansas City Auto Show.....

It's just a C6 with the Transformer's Corvette butt. Nothing that will actually see production, or even a clay model.

I took pics of the same car at the 2010 Philly Auto Show. I'd drive one in a heartbeat.

I think if they toned it down, gave it some actual headlights and kept the quad taillights, it could look nice.
