I have a few power adders being delivered this week and its been a long time wait. Ordered the K-Tuned 3.5" SRI and kinda went over why I ordered this and not a CAI.

How is torque steer on the civic? How does it compare to a 3rd Gen TL, or any other reference you might have?

It's kinda noticeable, especially with nearly -4 degrees of front camber and a sticky tires that grabs any groove in the road

gotcha, I asked my uncle, he has a CTR (FK8, which I never drove) and a 1998 Integra TypeR (which I drove a lot). And he said torque steer is about the same between the 2 but the CTR has considerably more power. So with that, I didn’t know where other civics fit in.
You have a limited slip in the civic right? Driving my TL in the wet and getting on it, causing one wheel to slip and the other has traction really pulls on the wheel, I remember the ITR doing the same thing. Fun times, keeps you awake. Those BMW kids are missing out

Yeah Ive got a factory LSD. That being said I do have more tire wear on the passenger side than I do on the driver side...mainly because I think the side is the driver wheel...I could be wrong though

I got the intake, downpipe, and rear hasport mount installed Saturday. Car has some good sound to it in my opinion. Has a slight hiss to it but its not crazy annoying. Also had the car tuned by my buddy Zach (Hacktuned) which took about 15 revisions and 2.5 hours to knock out. We were having issues with the idle hunting even after doing the relearn procedure, changing various tables in the tune and even tried driving the car to no evail. We did finally figure it all out and it had something to do with the radiator fans not coming on right away. Dont ask me to tell you exactly what we did cause it's all very hard for me to explain but the tune is super solid. We lowered the VTEC engagement from 5200 to 4600, took out the rev hang again, and bumped the redline to 7850. Me personally, the car only ever see's redline on track so the car should be more than capable to handle that kind of redline a few times.

I also went and purchased some bling for the engine bay now that it has some power mods. Went with a wrinkle red valve cover, the wrinkle black K-Tuned coil pack cover, black billet K-Tuned oil cap and dip stick, and Im gonna be doing the oem manifold cover in wrinkle black as well to fit it with everything else. i did a quick edit of what it should look like. Ive never been one to pop my hood to show anything off but it would be nice to do so once in a while.

The car is coming together well man. Can't wait to hear your first track day experience with the new parts.

So I thought I had lost all my Gridlife footage when I got a new phone, however yesterday I found a few videos. I have Qualifiers 1-2, a Grip and Drift session, and the last dash which was on the last morning of Gridlife. I was fighting a few issues that weekend. Tires were falling off pretty bad, brake pads were non-existent, and after quite a few hot laps, going into 4th, and 5th gear were getting harder hit. I adjusted the clutch pedal and it seemed to help a little but ultimately started doing the same thing before the adjustment. Im pretty sure the clutch is on its last legs.

Anyway, here are the videos from that weekend.

I also made a video summing up how much money has been invested into the car and myself as a driver

I have only done one Touge run this year with the civic and unfortunately, it was behind a driver no one wants to be behind. I did however take my friends MKV supra to NC80/Little Switzerland

Current updates going on the car this Friday

I painted my old valve cover cause I was bored. I threw on the K-Tuned parts and got a custom dimpled coil pack cover which I kinda like a lot
