I just sat in a grey/orange interior V10 at the dealer; this car is absolute and I mean ABSOLUTE FUCKING SEX.

this is just one of those cars that makes you wonder what Honda could've done with the NSX in all those years. In terms of design, performance (doesn't even have to use SH-AWD), halo effect. Audi just really took the the lead with this one.

Nice, but IMO not as nice as a F430 which has far better lines and interior.

I wouldn't compare it to a Scuderia, that car is completely in an another league, truly comparable to the Carrera GT. There is a local dude who has a yellow stripeless one and it is simply out of this world, both in sound and presence.
Have fun at the launch party, it should be nice although I've been, somehow, underwhelmed by the California.

The owner at a former company I worked at had a F430, besides great stlying and performance it was also reliable and a decent daily driver. The owner previously has a SL55 AMG which was a nightmare because it spent two months of the first year in the shop or waiting for parts. The F430 has only had regular maintenance.

Right... to me. Which is why I said IMO. Just like you posted that it was your opinion and you prefer an F430 in the reply I quoted. Not sure why you felt the need to quote and reply again saying basically the same thing. I get it, you prefer the F430...
It's cool... we can like different things

Looking forward to pics of the 2010 GT3. I <3 the NA 3.8L flat 6 and the PADM (porsche active drivetrain mount) sounds insane.
I'll try get pics at the F-car California launch party tonight. Going clubbing after so not sure if I want to bring my digital camera along.

to you, to me it's just a Audi semi-hot/semi-clunky looking sports car. I know folks who feel the same way about the NSX compared to a 911, the Porsche won them over with it's German, tectonic styling and tech. Everyone has their opinions.

That's nice to hear about the reliability. After my 911, I wouldn't mind getting into a low mileage Modena even.
There's a 2007 F430 with 4K miles that is a steal (trade in that the dealer is willing to let go at a loss) but unfortunately it's a spyder and fire engine red.
