How do you like your 3? I've been considering the hatch as a new daily driver. My V only gets 12.5mpg and I commute about 60 miles a day. The 3 has always peaked my interest as it looks good and appears to have a lot of functionality. Is AWD an option in the hatch?

My GF is looking at getting that exact car except in pearl white. How do you like it and how is your MPG. Is there any option you wished you would have got.

nice and clean, good job. NXT is super easy to use. I just did a 4 step detail on my TL. clay, Meg's fine cut polish, meg's showcar glaze and then meg's hi-tech yellow wax and it looks amazing. Gotta post some pics. Meg's is underrated IMO, you can achieve some tremendous results with the proper technique and patience.

I know a couple people who have had 3s and loved them. As for AWD, it's only available on the Mazdaspeed6, not even offered on the 3 at all, unfortunately.

I was about to say that there is something wrong with your V not getting mid miles per gallon, then i saw the SC and thought to myself that your foot is rather heavy

My girlfriend has a '04 Mazda3 Hatch and I love it. Very fun to drive and the hatch is very useful. I'm really surprised with how much shit we fit in there with the rear seats folded down.

They option out pretty nicely too. She has a 5-speed manual, leather, sunroof, and navi.

The feel through the steering wheel is just great. Had to describe until you drive one.

I test drove a 3 before I bought my previous car (04 Civic Si) and I thought it was a great little car, but for me, I had a really weird issue. I'm 6'3" and although I had decent leg room, my foot would get stuck between the brake pedal and the center console while my foot was on the acellerator. Kind of weird but it scared the shit out of me because it really got wedged in there at one point and I couldn't get it out to put my foot on the brake pedal. Damn size 12s. Nice car though.

I drive an 06 330i. The Mazda was my friends, I detailed it for her and drove the car about 100 miles total. The car is only half a month old with 1200 miles on it. The Mazda 3 with the 17" wheels handles very well and has an excellent ride. On that tank of gas I had with the car it did about 300 miles and I pumped in 11.x gallons so about 26.x mpg. For a 20k car the mazda is impressive.

I have a Hatch. Hatch only comes with S, the 2.3L motor. You can get at least 35mpg with the I model which comes with 2.0L sedan.

The mazda3 is my daily commute car. Turning without using the brake is its strongest point. It is a really fun to drive car.
