Realized I responded by commenting on the Mazda 6 interior, not the Speed6.

Before the thread is locked, can we see pix of the car, especially the carputer. Did you get Nav?

I'm sure you can find some online pics of the Legacy interior. Personally, I never judge 100% by a picture, as I base a lot on the feel of materials and ergonomics while seated in the driver's seat too.

My fiancee has a 2006 Mazda 3s GT Hatch and I was very impressed with the interior of it over the base mazda 6. Mazda 3's are built in Japan while the base 6 is built in the U.S. The speed6's are built in Japan also. Her mazda 3 has held up very well and has no rattles from the interior!!

My simple comment about it being a pig was referring to the OVERALL SIZE of the car, not the weight. The chassis is comparable in size to my TL. Its a light car, hows the safety rating?
if only you said it like that earlier. now i understand where you're coming from, the lgt is def smaller then a tl though.

this is from edmunds so prob not 100% accurate

TL
L=189.8
W= 72.2
H= 56.7
Wheel base= 107.9

LGT
L=186.2
W=68.1
H=56.1
Wheel base= 105.1

The bmw 335 is nice! my friend went from LGT to SI and will be taking delivery on a new 335 bmw. Can't wait to drive it and do a couple runs. My guess is i will hold him off for a bit until the larger engine takes over and leaves me behind sweet car though. def a step up in build quality. zeee germans!!!

check out pics of an 07 or 08 jdm legacy to see hints of what the 09 or 10 lgt will look like. I'll prob trade my 05 in at 10. I'm hoping an sti model comes overseas by then or at least a spec b with a power bump.

i mean seriously a hundai azera = trouble on the highway if it gets a jump on ya. they move!!

So no changes for this upcoming 2008 Legacy model here? That's what I was curious about. I'm currently in the market for a different car, so it'd either be an '06, '07 (most probable) or an '08, if I hold off to see what's out around Fall. Won't be waiting around til 2009 for a new vehicle.

just goodies, but it doesnt seem the body is getting any refreshes just yet. the spec b now comes with a 6 speed and the si drive (3 settings for the ecu at the flick of a knob) which was all new for 07. if i can find the 08 upgrade post ill get all the details.
