The interior looks much better then the current design.
I’m glad to see they’ve graduated from the 80’s to the mid 90’s
Throw in the AWD from the sedan and keep the 6 Speed manual and Shawn will be REALLY impressed.

The coupe didn't see any sort of an exterior facelift, only the sedan. So you don't have to worry.
In all honesty, I would rather have what I have now. Not a fan of 19" wheels... Christ, the suspension is already stiff. I can't imagine rollin' on 19s too...
And Zapata did bring up a good point... WHY VLSD??? The current LSD in the G is much better.
And 15 extra ponies... Bragging rights mostly.
Now the interior I'd have to see in person. They did change some things, which will probably make things look nicer. But I like the current design. It's quiet, no rattles, functional...
I wonder what will happen to the MSRP? My guess is $1000 more.

Nissan uses these currently in the low end Zs. The higher end Zs and and Gs use a traditional LSD setup.

why did they go through the trouble of swapping speedo and RPM gauges????? this interior is a bit nicer, but all they pretty much did was trim down the aluminum material and add more colored plastics

Nissan loves to BS their horsepower ratings for marketing......from the altima to the maxima to the G35. I doubt the engine is any different from the previous year. I'd love to see a dyno comparo between an 04 and 05.

Ever read ATL? They hate the G35 over there.
Nissan did it once and learned its lesson, it has not done it again, and hopefully they will nt do it in the future.
Mazda however, failed to learn their lesson with the Miata a few years ago, and went ahead and did it with the RX-8 as well.
The 3.5 VQ is putting out 280 in the coupes, and they can get 300 out of it, why is it not questioned when Acura says they are gonna get 300 out of a 3.5 V6 in the next RL?
2k2, besides the Q45 incident when they rolled out the new V8...I'd like to see proof of the 3.5 being overrated in any of its iterations...until then...:noob: cause there is plenty of proof showing that it does what Nissan says.
