2004 BMW X5 refresh

1. 4.4 will bump up to 325HP, like the current 7-series

2. New front grill and bumper fascia,

3. Headlights front and rear change (Bi-zenon/more LED usage like 7)

4. Sirius satellite option

5. More optional features included in the standard car price

6. Adaptive headlight option

7. 6-disc cd changer in dash

8. New larger standard and optional wheels

7. Ventilated seat option possible

8. New steering wheel

As I wrote in another post, we will see a long version of this to accomodate a 3rd row seat.

By the way, I hear that Audi is almost ready for an X5 killer. It will probably be called the Audi A7. I am sure it will resemble the concept we saw at Detroit. Good for them cos the X5 is way too expensive. I hope they get more competition.

Audi is definitely coming out with an SUV, because VW miscalculated on 60k Touaregs being sold annually. With all the recent events (war, economy, lower SUV sales), that number has been cut in half to 30k. So the additional 30k (or so) will account for the new Audi.
