Not salvage title either.... no collision repairs AFAIK.... more like one hell of a deal to me.

the price looks awfully low Looks like it's serious though because it looks like it's from a dealership!

i think instead of 12,995 it should be 21,995 no way that car is so cheap unless it runs on hopes and dreams and no engine, but ya never know until you ask

All we can do here is guess... calling should give the answer.
Since it's at a dealer, It's not a scam, so it's probably a typo. One phone call would solve the mystery.

Wow, and that's around my area kind of. If that isn't a typo I would go myself, check it out, and buy it and then sell my TSX to carmax and use it to buy that TL if it's only 12,995! I would be able to pocket some extra money too. Did you call the dealer?

apparently it was a typo since the ad has now been changed to read:
"2004 Acura TL 3.2 - $21,495"
There was one like this near Pittsburgh earlier in the year as well. They had a 6MT '04 with like 14k miles on it for around $14k or something nowhere near it's actual value. I called and it was definitely a typo.

hell no domestics don't retain there value, but on the discussion of the add, i researched and if you went into the dealership with a printed copy of the car being advertised at 12995 they have a legal obligation to sell said car at price displayed there is no typo in a coontact since the the add legally is a contract, they can be sued using adds as a bait to luer potential buyers

Uhhhh, no.
Did you accept the offer at $12,995 BEFORE they updated the listing and changed it to the correct price?
A legally binding contract must have an offer followed by acceptance of that offer. Merely you printing off the incorrect ad isn't acceptance. Plus, what consideration did you give to the seller?
