Click on Fotoshow for some pics. Unfortunately it is in german but the gist of it is a slimmed down M3 called the CSL, to go on sale next year in Germany. They shaved off 420 lbs through extensive use of carbon'something' in some of the sheet metal and seats. HP to be around 350.

Ling - my guess would be that it's not a fog light, but an air duct. I haven't read the above topic, but that would be my thought...
