whats a TARP? I also found a 2003 M3 in NY for 32k. Only has 9000 miles. I emailed the guy this morning so lets see what they say. I can always check it out in NY!

Seller lists his location as Florida, but this car is from PA - looks to be either the Philly or Pittsburg area. Wonder if it's stolen?
