I ended up in here accidentally. Whilst berating a noob for posting in the wrong forum somebody moved the thread from Ramblings to Car Talk. It was like waking up in a strange apartment wearing somebody else's pants.

matt - I like your cleared grille. How much work did that take?
SC TL - I need to get the orange out of my corners. Did you do the whole oven procedure? Is it that bad?

The oven method is not difficult. There's a pretty old and long thread about clearing headlights on the lgt.com board. People that tried the heat gun method regretted it and said they should have used the oven.
