1998 accord sputters when you turn the ac on

I know this is a Acura forms I have a question. I have a 1998 accord with the Hitachi vtec 4 cylinder with auto trans. When I cut the AC on with the car idling it idels down low to the point it will cut off. If the car is sitting idling it runs fine. When input it in Ger an hit the gas it sputters. Also sitting in gear its wil idel down low to the point it will cut off. There is no check engine light on. I have replaced the distributor, spark plugs, wires, fuel presure regultor, tps Senor, idel air control valve I'm out of things it could be. It reves fine in park.

GSXR, I would take it to the dealer or a place like Advance Auto Parts to get the codes scanned. It might be able to tell you more precisely what's going on with the car. Might be that the A/C clutch is too parasitic.

Since OP already changed the IACV, which is the usual suspect, he might want to check for 1) an unconnected vacuum line, 3) spark plug wire order and 2) engine mount condition.

IDK that OP's car stored any codes if the CEL never lit.

OP, this is how it starts, soon enough you'll find yourself dealing with leaking struts, a slipping clutch and a strange smell coming from the passenger seat area (1/2 cup of latte that your brother spilled under the seat and never told you about). Do yourself a favor and trade it in on a new KIA.
