This. That's the type of thing that ends up in a collection, a museum, or in a showroom of a car dealership as a conversation piece. I'd be surprised if the engine is ever started again.

Most likely that's probably what's gonna happen, but sometimes many F1 cars are brought out to Goodwood and other racing car festivals and restarted and run a few slow laps. Here is the same model Ferrari running at Goodwood.

Some F1 teams offers service for their former cars. I know Ferrari and Williams do this. As you can imagine it's also not cheap. As for the parts some I'd imagine all the Ferrari parts are probably CNC'ed from billet or carbon fibre so perhaps they can refab them. The non-Ferrari parts I'd imagine are not as easy.
There's a English company that specializes in restoration of classic racing cars. They rebuilt a Auto Union V16 that was in extremely poor condition and it looks like this now. I remember reading about it, Audi paid in the millions of dollars to get it completed.
