I think it's a real nice looking car... I've seen a few of 'em on the road already...

Base starts at 20K or so down here, but I was watching a TV ad where the fine print said "as shown $30K"...

yeah but you can get one for 25k and some change, with the V6 w/270 hp motor. Just not w/ allot of options, acutally no options

Nice looking car. I wouldn't mind a loaded V6. But I'm not sure about the 4 cylinder ones and those are the ones I can afford.

I have observed two (or maybe the same one twice) on the road. It is a sharp looking coupe that IMHO was very much needed in Nissan's lineup. Probably the only knock I have against it is the same as I have against the sedan -- the base 2.5 models are little distinguished visually from the 3.5SE models.

IF the 07 G35C w/Navi is obtainable @ invoice ($36k-though a longshot given its enduring popularity) versus a loaded Altima 3.5SE coupe (Prem + Tech pkg=$32k), I think I would still go with the G.

I've seen a shit load of 'em for some reason (stuck in route 95 traffic)...

White, black, and a burgandy color... looks good in in the darker colors IMHO... but I'm sure my opinion will change as I see more and more of 'em...

It's a nice looking coupe....but at +32k fully loaded I'd go with a G35/37

I guess I'm the only one that thinks it's awkward looking? I really like the G37, and I know a lot of people say they resemble each other, but I don't know, something just don't look right about it proportionately.

I can't wait to see some modded one.. a drop and 19's would be nice. Has potential, but fwd=ftl.

does anyone know if the handling on the coupe is better than the sedan? I was at the dealer and wanted to try the coupe but they didn't have one, so i just took the sedan for the heck of it and boy was it atrocious. The steering was as light as the 94 sable station wagon i had in hs. According to the sales rep, the steering should be the same on both. if so..... i wouldn't consider it at all.

i seriously think this car is nuts. i think a modded one would look sick... this is the first current nissan that i actually like. i can't believe how good it looks.

i'd say the 08 accord is right up there with this car. i remember reading the concept is 300hp. it'd be up to par with the altima. i really like the 08 accord's design. the actual design is okay, a few things modded and it'll look sick also. its so sporty. i cant wait to see the 08 accord vs the 08 altima.

man do i want a new car now =]

if this Altima with the V6 was RWD, it would be hot, but also it would probably kill off the 350z literally.

From the pic in the link, it kind of reminds me of the Pontiac G6 coupe.

I saw the altima coupe in person a few times and it looks nothing like the current g35 coupe or the g37. It looks smaller first of all and it resembles a scion tc if anything. Looks pretty good though

If given a choice between this and the 08 Accord Coupe V6 I would choose the Altima with the VQ. IMO the new Accord is fugly. And believe it or not, I thought the 06-07 Accord coupe/sedan looked pretty good (except for the sedan's rear)google

Now, of course I would take the G37 over the Altima....

Meh. Personally think it's awkward looking...the rear quarter windows are so bland and those taillights are far too big for my tastes. I guess (and am surprised) that I'm in the minority here.

The 2008 Accord coupe looks much better than the Altima coupe IMO!

they should have made it rwd and used the vq37, but then they would have charged an arm and a leg for it so either way. looks ok in pics but up close something just doesn't feel right, the right color combo and upgrades would look good though.

I spotted one on my main road around home a few weeks back. It was blue, very hot, I'd definitely drive one.
