Thought you guys might be interested how the new HR 350Z's are doing.

12.9 at 107 run here...this one had a few minor bolt ons.

http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=317094

Bone stock down to the tire, with clutch issues and a bogs 13.2 at 107

http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=314009

And the time table list of others

http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=233840

The HR engine is definitely much faster than the old one! Can't wait to get mine to the track.

Seeing as real world track times of the original 03 6MT models ranged from 13.8-14.1 range (not to mention heavier, automatic laded VQ35HR G35 sedans running upper 13s), these new Z times do not surprise me.

...still trying to figure out how R/T posted a 13.8 sec @ 102.9 mph with a G35 (AT)Sport but only a 13.7 sec @ 102.3 mph with a Nismo Z (6MT and 120lbs lighter). (Ref Dec 2007 R/T)

12.9@107 is a great time. Looks like they really hook up well off the line. I'd be playing catch-up in the Caddy for most of the 1/4 mile. My best time is 12.8@116. Wheel-hop sucks!

Good times, i'm very interested in what kind of tires the guy that ran the high 12 used. that 1.7 is a QUICK 60ft

Also, only 2 of them in low 13's...the rest are mid to high

Trust me, it's more than just 2. I have seen many post up on the forums. Most in the low 13s.

lol, drag radials and a tq converter put me at 12.4 with a 1.6 60ft.
But i have seen bolt on 07 350s run high 12s low 13's at etown last summer. They came as a group and all of them were running 555 DR's. With the 350 it's all in the launch. That car can come off the line hard.
