I never said I wasn't silly

Actually I'm not gonna only use it for winter... I do mostly city driving... If I was out of town often I wouldn't consider this car... And worse comes to worse, I'm gonna trade it for a X5 or something... I still think it's worth a try...

thanks for the advices...

The only X5 you should get is the 4.6is. I personally think luxury SUVs are stupid, though I would get a Yukon XL Denali and make that bitch FBI status.

agree. x5 4.6is looks awesome espically rolling on the stock 20's. a lot of low end torque which feels nice with a full load of passengers. interior is kick ass too. Only issues ive seen is sometimes the damn thing will stall in the morning or when cold start up. and tires going to run you about 400-700 a pop!

If you can afford the 4.6is...tires are nothing to you.

I love the M3 BUT and that's a big but, it's 3 years old in a few months. That would suck. I think I'd buy the new G35 instead, at least I'd have a full factory warranty.

If this were a summer car i'd definately say M3. However, since this is a winter car that is made to be driven in snow. I think that the Infinity may be a lot better.
You may even want to consider a FWD car or an AWD car for the snow.

You can always get some nice wheels for it though!

That's what I was planning to do but I don't think I should buy a first year prod of a BMW model... Remember the first year of the previous version... People were blowing their engines... And I can't wait for the second year for sure... just tooooo far away....

Thanks for all the opinions
