I agree... in 40 degree temps...and headers... TL-S will do the 14.4 ... but not consistently.. that's the problem w/ these cars, they ain't consistent.
So I guess there is no way I ran a 14.6 with a 2.29 60' and 80 degree weather in my 2002 maxima auto. Trust me this one is capable of mid 14's b/c I trap 96-97 and was unable to pull away from him until about 100 but in the 1/4 you have already crossed the line. This car might be a factory freak but I believe this one at our track is capable of running 14.4's if it hooks off the line. BTW I run 14.2's @ 97 but thats b/c of torque:P

I totally agree!! 14.4 second ETs is about what a 6sp CL-S or 2K2+ Max will run stock. So I guess "we're" saying that an auto stock TLS is as quick as a stock 6sp CLS??

Anyway, my stock 2K2 Max runs ANYWHERE between 14.7XX and 15.0XX @ any given time; kinda makes bracket racing a nightmare.

Peace

I've seen 14.6 on a stock CLS in 70 degree weather.
