If you're still looking for a 6-speed car, we are considering selling my fiance's 2003 CL-S 6-speed. It is Anthracite Grey, non-navi. I bought the car used at 47,000 miles. The car now has ~65000 miles on it. All maintenance/mods were done by me (I drive a completely restored '72 Pontiac LeMans...all work done myself, so I'm fairly skilled)
Maintenance:
-Royal Purple synthetic 5w20 and Mobil 1 filter every 6000 miles
-New front brake rotors and Performance Friction carbon metallic pads. Flushed system with DOT 4 synthetic fluid....car stops hard and straight (no rotor warping issues anymore...damn good pads)
Mods:
-Headers
-Underdrive crank pulley
-AEM cold air induction
-Thermoblok spacer kit
-Have a set of H&R 51858 springs that would go on the car, but we moved to New Orleans a few weeks ago and the roads are bad enough w/o lowering springs They would be included with the purchase.
Accident report:
-To my knowledge, the car was in only one accident, on 5/26/2006, when I struck a Honda Pilot at approx 10 mph from behind. The hood was slightly creased, so it was replaced. New bumper cover (has a nickle-sized hole in it from the Pilot's exhaust pipe), new headlight (had 1 crack in it). Paint matches perfectly, and I have paperwork for a lifetime guarantee on the work.
She is asking $19,000, just enough to pay what she owes on it. Like all girls, she wants an SUV now
PS - I did race the car once...it ran a 14.7sec 1/4 mile (only 2 passes). Boy, was that fun! I didn't want to toast the clutch, so I never went back to the track...its too nice of a car to destroy. However, it's darned quick....the headers/intake/spacers/pulley really woke it up. You'll love it.
Let me know if you're interested. The car is in New Orleans, LA. Thanks!
Chris
