Erock,

I can get the stuff here at a Lowes in Orlando. PM me if your interested. I think it comes in a 6" x 20' roll. The cost is less than $5.00 I can get it, put it in a box and send USPS priority and it should get to you in 2-3 days.

Just to let y'all know, do not get it in a roll since the material is very soft, it wont hold up to the elements

If not in a roll, then in what? It doesn't come in sheets or something does it? What do you recommend SilverKnight?

At Lowes they have it in sheets, usually right beside the rolls of stuff. Its only about 4"X20" and the price is $1.15.

Ahh... *enlightened*

Then again, I'm not sure 4" is enough to cover the grill. I think you need 8 inches or something.

The 6 inch width just barely covered the center of the grill.
I saw the 4" and didn't think it would work. The mesh on the roll is fairly thin. I'll see how it works out. If it fails, then I'll either find some more or use the same stuff and re-do it.

The grill is in a slight V shape so while the thickest part of the grill (the center) is only abt 6", the two ends are somewhat errr... "higher" than the center. Kinda like this...

I used the roll from Home Depot, and it looks F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S. I actually had to stretch it a little on the far upper corners in order to fasten it securely.

That's what I used. I even created a template with that material. But believe me, until you see and feel the one I did with the other material, it just wont hold up.
