VOLK TE37 18x8.5 Orange

Category: Accessories
Price: $1500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): TL 3G, TL 2G, TSX 2G, TSX 1G, Legend, Other Honda/Acura, Type-S Model
Location (State/Prov/Terr): VA
Item Condition: Used

Up for sale are my Volk TE37s.

To be honest, I love them. They're really nice wheels and I love how they look on the car. I am thinking of painting them a different color and keeping them. ONLY thinking about selling because I want to take my Fiance on a trip to FL this December and because I have my back up set of A-Specs just sitting.

ANYWAYS.

The set up is far from aggressive BUT is easy and you won't have to worry about fitment issues, rolling fenders or anything like that.

18x8.5
+50
235/40/18 (stock A-Spec tire size)

All four are wrapped with Nitto tires. Two are okay, two have tread wear and I have them on the back. No vibrations or issues what so ever. The ride quality is really really nice, very similar to stock. I love the fact that they're 18," makes tires cheap and ride quality basically stock with this tire size.

Original color is Black face with a polished lip. I plastidipped them with Orange dip and painted over the plastidip with more orange spray paint.

Below the wheels are perfectly fine, 2 have SLIGHT curbage but its not serious at all and easily repairable since the lips are polished not chrome. None are bent or damaged beyond that. Under the plastidip the decals are still there and the Volk center caps and valves will be included with the sale. I also have a set of 8 NEW Decals in black that I was planning on putting on the Orange but never got a chance to. OBVIOUSLY as I am sure everyone knows the plastidip is removable.

Wheels are still on my car for now, I will probably be taking them off and either storing or spray painting them something new in the next week or so. I will consider spray painting them for the buyer at my cost (~$50) with whatever color of your choice if the sale price is reasonable.

I can get pics of each wheel tomorrow, its already dark out now. The car is a headturner with these rims installed and I get compliments ALL the time.

Not willing to ship. Willing to meet up within 100 miles if the sale price is resonable. Open to REASONABLE offers, but I won't let these go for the price of reps.

$1500 or your Stock 04-08 wheels+$1200

Currently installed:

Here's how they looked before painting:

The paint process:

Plastidipped and taped off the barrel:

I can vouch for Q as I've personally purchased wheels from him. Great guy who will stand behind what he is selling. That said, GLWS!

Bump. Need the money for my new car. $1500 or your Stock 04-08 wheels+$1200

I will be in Central NJ a couple times in the next few weeks and could meet. Likely the weekend of December 14th and also maybe once this week getting my TB/WP changed at Hamilton Honda.

Bump.

These don't sell soon I'm gonna paint them and put them on my Type-S. No longer sweating the money I have in them.

Yes!

All you'd have to do is peel off the plastidip. It's not hard at all.

Hey "Q", I think you will have a much better chance selling these wheels if you just remove the orange plasti dip yourself. Relist the wheels in their original color and these would be sold within a week. Just my . Good luck with your sale.

Thats true, I may just go ahead and do that but I also may spray paint them silver and throw them on the Type-S for a bit. I'm not in a rush luckily

Will these clear the brembo brakes or do you need spacer?

They definitely clear non-brembo-04-08 base brakes.

I have not tried them on my Type-S yet so I dont know if they will clear brembos. My guess is you'll need a spacer...but I'd run one anyway because of the offset.
