UR Underdrive Pulley with Belt 3G TL

Category: Accessories
Price: $160
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): TL 3G
Location (State/Prov/Terr): CA
Item Condition: Used

Selling a used UR Underdrive pulley with a brand new belt. I bought the pulley from someone here at AZ but never had a chance to install it. I don't think he ever mentioned how many miles were on it but it's in good condition. The reason I'm selling it is because I need money to replace my brakes.

Will ship but locals have priority. I'm in Redlands, CA.

Price: $160 + shipping

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks.

The UR pulley is equivalent of 100 LB weight reduction.

15 LB = 1 HP.

Or 1/10 in a 1/4.

I feel like a good amount of people use lightweight pulleys since they're a cheap and effective mod. In short, you'll gain some power and notice your engine revs quicker. Dunno how many people use underdrive vs stock size but you shouldn't need to worry about underdrive at all assuming you don't have a high watt aftermarket stereo.

I'd buy this if I had some extra cash (plan on doing pulley when I do my 100k service and I have 5k to go so don't need one yet).

this is not the one you want if you are supercharged. you'll need the stock diameter pulley.

Stock diameter pulley? They should all be the same diameter or u alternator will not work properly. Decreasing the diameter of the cm pulley without increasing the diameter of the alternator will cause ur car to not charge the battery at idle or low elms... only at high elms the alternator will be able to produce the voltage necessary to keep the battery healthy. SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE!!!

Still not worth it for a DD. I had an underdrive pulley in my turbocharged 01 integra n it caused nothing but electrical problems... it wasn't until I installed a factory diameter pulley from inline4 that everything went back to normal.

^did you even read the link? you do realize there is a difference between the stock diameter pulley and the underdrive pulley, right?

anyway, sorry to derail your page OP. good luck with sale.

i'd buy this off of you if it was the stock size.

I have a 1k watt amp.... read the link... ask urself why would Honda make a pulley bigger than what I needs to be? Why increase the cost of material if not necessary? That website even states that it keeps factory settings BUT you can only run a 600watt amp .. it contradicts itself. Don't just read, analize what u r reading.

does the pulley being used have any effect on how efficient it is?
