So everything for sale is still on the car - here's everything that I'm willing to sell. Of course, if you have any parts in mind that are not listed, let me know.
I'm in North Jersey - I keep the car in very good condition and rarely drive it hard. The engine and transmission (which works perfectly, recalled and jet-kit installed) only have ~73K miles, not bad for an 02 TL-S.
I actually got a 03 TL-S with 96K miles, jet kit installed, runs fine, which I may put up for sale for cheaper - lmk if you want that one instead -we can work something out.

Sorry, been getting some PM's about parts I didn't list --> Turns out I posted up the WRONG list!
Here is the current list with the correct parts and correctly matched prices.
The lip kit is NOT for sale at the moment and I cannot sell ANY of the doors since they were all damaged, but the front door panels on the inside are fine.
All interior pieces are ebony from the 02 TL-S, none of the air-bags have been deployed. All engine/exhaust components are also from a 73K 02 type-s.
All exterior pieces are original SSM paint. If there are parts that are not listed that you are interested in, please let me know.
I will ship small items that can fit in the medium-large priority boxes from USPS. And payment will be through paypal. Anything larger (hood, fender, wheels) will be dealt with locally first.

the calipers are oem and have 73K
the rotors are from a 2003 TL-S (w/ 96K miles that I recently purchased) these were changed at 80K by previous owner, not sure the brand, sorry
The front and rear rotors are blanks (not slotted or drilled) and the brake pads are Front EBC Red Stuff (for Type-S) with ~50% brake material left.

They're actually on my new car, painted black with a medium of pearl before a low-gloss clearcoat --> so it's not an Acura color (not NBP). Of course, completely OEM!!!
They're not for sale atm, but if you really want it and have a good offer, lmk! I spent over 700 getting all that together.

For the brake pads, the shipping will be via USPS priority medium, around $5.
I am NOT sure if they fit an 02 tl-p, can someone please chime in? For some reason when I bought them, it said it was for the tl-s, but they might have excluded that it fits the tl-p as well.

I am not sure what you mean by wheel well, you mean the plastic covering the engine from the front/rear wheel well? That's one large piece (one in the front and one in the rear)
If possible, please highlight it in a picture for me

Just went out for some pics, this should give everyone an idea of the condition of the items --> all interior pieces are in perfect condition, I always condition the leather, plastic, etc. Only damage would be some minor scratches (if any) from the fallen bits of glass from the windows.

After removing the glass from the rear seat cushion, I noticed some damage:
***Please note that only the rear seat cushion is damaged on the passenger side (had some battery acid leak when a battery turned over when the branch fell down). It only penetrated a cellphone sized portion of the perforated leather. I would take pics, but I had covered it up with black-out vinyl (to keep broken glass from reaching the foam under the leather). This is why I'm selling the whole assembly for only $150.

The cleared headlights are on my current car, so they are not for sale. But if you really want them and don't wanna go through the process of baking them and all - you can always PM me for an offer or for some tips on how to clear them. They are sealed neatly and true, no condensation/leaking whatsoever.
