DIDN'T HAVE TO CUT THE EXHAUST OR ANYTHING WHEN I WAS UNINSTALLING IT. CAT BACK EXHAUST STILL ALL TOGETHER WITH CAT. JPIPE IS SEPERATE. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE! LOOKING TO GET WHAT I CAN FOR IT!
