Stereo System for SALE!!!

It's about that time...I'm doing away with most of my stereo system to redo it. I am selling it as a whole, I will not be parting it out (not yet at least.) For pictures you can check out the gallery...here is the LINK

The following is being sold...I have included the cost of the equipment from my local stereo place as well so you can see what it goes for. The equipment is about a year and a few months old and in perfect working order.

Zapco Reference 200 Amplifier - Retail $329
Zapco Reference 350 Amplifier - Retail $429
Zapco Reference 360 Amplifier - Retail $499
Zapco Reference 750 Amplifier - Retail $659
Zapco DA-II (digital analog converter) - Retail $899
Zapco SX-SL (crossover/volume control) - Retail $799
2 Zapco Eq-30 (30 band equalizers) - Retail $459 each
Zapco HP-SL (power supply) - Reatil $99
3 JL Audio 10-W6 Subs - Retail $150 each

Also included is all of the symbilink cables, the amp rack, the sub box, all trim pieces for the trunk and the custom built piece for the cup holders which houses the SX-SL & the DA-II. The box does have a crack across the top (not seen) but it does not affect the sound of the subs. Anyone here that has heard my system can attest to that.

Asking $4500. The total of the equipment alone is approximately $5100 give or take $50.

All other components that you see in my sig I am keeping. Local pickup only (I am willing to deliver up to 60 miles away) b/c the amp rack is too big to ship. Please PM me or respond here if interested.

The price

Most people won't spend that much on a system.

exactly...if you are selling the entire thing and not piecing it out, you need to find someone who is looking to go from nothing to an enormous competetion stereo, and wants to spend 5 g's on used stuff....

I'm sure it looks/sounds great, but thats a pretty big change and a large investment. Doubt most people would just see your post and decide to drop that kind of dough on a system.

not that no one can, just that no one wants to

IMO for $3,000 supercharger > rims

You're right, people usually get 2/3 of what they paid for...what you're neglecting to realize is that I am not only selling the amps and other pieces of equipment but the symbilink Zapco wiring, amp rack, box, trim pieces for the trunk and the center consol piece...that was all paid for as well. Almost $2000 there alone. Hence to replicate this you'd be paying $5,100 for equiptment plus another $1,500-2,000 for the rest so on the low end it'll cost you $6,500...I'm asking $4,500 and I am somewhat negotiable. That's a $2,000 savings at my currently listed price. If you're not interested or think it's too expensive that's cool. But based on what it would cost you it's a dam good deal.

I think you should be able to get more than 2/3 of the price you paid. This is not BS equipment. I would try and sell the shit on Elitecaraudio.com Most the people in here love their bose.

I'm not parting the equipment out right now, sorry RavinGAzN
& 2001CL...I'll keep you both posted if I change my mind.

Titand19: Thanks I'll try them next if no one off these forums decide to take it...I'd rather keep it "in the family" before I offer it to outsiders.

Well due to the lack of interest in my stereo equipment I am revisting the idea of revamping my stereo with some, if not all of my existing stuff. Hence I am not going to sell anything just yet. When I am done revamping I'll start a new thread with the stuff for sale. Sorry guys...
