Kyanite

Looking to buy a set of (4) wheels in my lug pattern of 4x114.3. Specifically looking for a staggered set 18x8.5 f and 18x9.5 r OR 18x8 f and 18x9 rear.

Would prefer they be kept in good condition and have a nice thick lip. My budget is around $700 for wheels or $1,100 with tires or something around those general amounts.
