I no longer need this since I bought an aftermarket head unit. I need to sell it to buy an uncald4/5 enclosure.

So this has no purpose if you already have an a/m h/u? Was always curious about this kind of audio equipment but I don't know much about sound processors.

Pretty much don't NEED one if you have an aftermarket h/u. You can still use it but not needed. It works best if you are keeping the stock h/u.

this is a really good piece of equipment but dont think folks are ready to pay 350 even though brand new it was around 600.. I have a aftermarket system and I know this could help.. but I have not seen too many audio heads on azine

Yeah this kinda sucks, I thought this thing would be gone by now. $600 original price plus an extra $200 for the digital remote all for $350. I thought it was a great deal! Oh well.

Bump.

I am trying to run a device and connect that to this sound processor via AV cable....how will this connect to the stock amp ?

It doesn't hook up to the factory bose amp. It's designed for aftermarket amps.

so you saying it cannot or it doesnt....

I an deleting the factory HU and replacing it with an aftermarket HU....

1> does the processor have AV cable input ?
2> can it interface between the aftermarket HU and stock amp ?

It does have AV cable input. But if you're going with an aftermarket HU, why would you want to keep the stock bose amp? That amp is garbage. But to answer your question, I do not know if it can interface between the two. I will check and let you know.

Sorry, I stand corrected. It does not have AV input. It's audio only. Sorry man.

for some clarification :

if you are switching to a aftermarket headunit like he stated before you DONT need this; it will help you if you want to perfect your audio.

the way i have it set up is bypassing the factory amp and using two amps one is 4ch and other is a 1ch. the processor gives you the inputs/outputs while balancing the signals to each source.

its a steal @ his price. someone get it.
