SOLD! FS: USA Spec PA11-HON2Y iPod/MP3 adapter for Honda/Acura

I'm selling a briefly used USA Spec PA11-HON2Y iPod/MP3 adapter. I had it installed in my 2005 RL for a month before trading up to the 2006 RL. The adapter comes with all of the cables needed to connect to the factory head-unit and to your iPod. I will also include a Y-cable (RCA audio to headphone cable) which can be used to hook up any MP3 player with a headphone jack to the USA Spec unit to play it through the audio system. The USA Spec unit uses a pass-through cable so that you don't lose XM satellite radio capability. It's compatible with the Acura Nav system as well.

The adapter has the following features:

IPOD interface to connect, control, charge and play an IPOD through a factory radio
All plug and play harnesses for easy installation
Adds additional single stereo Aux input to hook up another audio device
Song up/down Playlist/disc select, shuffle and random play features all control iPod
Auto memory feature – Auto locates last song listened to on each play list
Auto Skip 10+ songs in each play list with factory CD Changer FF button
Auto skip to end of play list with factory CD Changer FF button
Auto Maintain current play list when migrating from portable to in car use
Auto Charge feature charges IPOD battery and auto stops after 1 hour of non use
In some vehicles if Vehicle has existing external CD Changer it must be disconnected.
Auto Playlist Select – If no play list is created, Auto Selects first 5 play list on iPod
Works with iPhone
Cables and connectors included !!!. .
True Digital Quality sound through factory radio (unlike FM modulators)
Factory Radio CD Changer buttons operates the iPod just like CD Changer or control iPod manually and access all your content.
Use the Radio’s CD Changer buttons to access and control up to 5 different mobile playlist. Song up, down, shuffle, random, etc.
Access unlimited song per mobile play list
Uses CD Changer Port, if Vehicle has external CD Changer CD Changer may need to be disconnected.

It works with the following Honda/Acura cars:
Accord 2003-2007
Civic 2006-2007
CRV 2005-2007
Odyssey 2005-2007
MDX-2005-2006
RL - 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
TL - 2004-2006
TSX - 2004-2006
Element 2003-2007
Fit 2007
Pilot 2006-2007
Ridgeline 2006-2007
S2000 2004-2007
PA11 HON2Y is compatible with satellite radio, external CDC, MP3 player

The unit is in perfect working order with all cables in great condition, all in the original packaging. I paid $140. It's selling on eBay for $129. I'll sell it for $80 shipped. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Only know little bit about the USA Spec but will this interfere with the Dominic's Plug N Play DVD module??

I can hook this up to my 2004 TL Factory Head unit and then hook up my iPod and control with my Touch Screen?? Will not lose XM capability also?

IF SO, I want this.
Thanks

You won't lose XM capability - the USA Spec cable that plugs into the back of the head unit (where the XM cable plugs in) has a pass-through connector for the XM cable. I don't believe you can control the iPod via the touch-screen (it only shows "Extension" on the screen when you hit the AUX button to switch to the iPod) but you can control the iPod via steering wheel controls. I believe this is how the Acura MusicLink works as well.

It should not interfere with Dom's Plug and Play module. A guy on the RL forum just hooked up a DVD player to his Nav screen using Dom's module and the USA Spec unit.
