Up for sale is a stock 7th gen Accord 6 speed shift knob. The knob has a 10 x 1.5 thread pitch, so it should fit all Hondas as far as I know. Honda sells this knob for $151.14 and I've found it for around $105 at other dealerships in new condition.

Given that it has its share of scratches and whatnot, I am asking for $25 + $5 shipping OBO. There's a thread out there on polishing the metal parts of the knob and it makes the knob look outstanding.

Nothing missing and no problems. I just wish all the threads were posted as well as this one. Not that there aren't a lot of good ones posted, but there are also too many not so good ones.
