Everyone, I am ripping myself off at this price,...I paid too much first of all, like 500 w/ sh+h, but that's my fault. Ebay has the same thing for 375 s+h included, I will sell for 325 shipping and handling included, but you must have a paypal account.

I think there's a rule in the black market where you can't raise your price and treat it like an auction. Otherwise, you are risking your thread to be locked. please check.

If the seller feels he made a mistake and started with too low a price, and there is good reason to believe that he underpriced his item, he can legally raise the price, within reason. I think that is the case here, and we have had similar cases in the past.
An auction would be if someone is selling an item for $500, and then tells the prospective buyer, probably in a PM because we wouldn't allow it if we saw it here, that he already has a buyer for $500 and if they want it they will have to pay more. This is definitely illegal.
It is up to the seller to determine the selling price, and it is up to the buyer to decide whether he wants to pay the asking price.
