I have a Gold's Gym weight bench with 300 pounds worth of weight (Including the bench bar), you get;

2 x 45lb
2 x 35lb
2 x 25lb
2 x 10lb
4 x 5lb
2 x 2.5lb
1 x 45lb bar.

At the end of the bench, there are preacher curls / leg lift attachments.

The bench itself is in perfection condition besides some minor blemishes on where you rack the bench bar. It wasn't used all that much considering I have a membership to LA Fitness. I originally paid $360 a year ago and since it's in such great condition, I'm letting it go for $250.

I am located in Valley Center, about 40 miles from downtown San Diego.

any dunb bells. I know its not posted, but I preferer dumb bells over bar, for stabilizing muscles. if you know anybody, im looking for 25lb-115lb sets.

I got an olympic set, but my dogs ate my bench lol. if your bench is still available in a couple weeks I may buy it.
