For the Yakima Powderhound do you need to have the crossbars on your car in order to mount? Will it mount on the TL without the crossbars? Thanks

Manapua: For the Yakima roof rack you will need the crossbars and Q towers. These clips are car specific (99-03 TL and 98-02 accord). They hold the Q towers to the car.

Drz: Not sure if I will part lip and sides just yet. Looking to sell together.

sorry, this may be a dumb question, but will the 99 front lip fit on a 03? I'm in LA and extremely interested in the entire kit... been waiting for a while for someone to post a NBP kit. also, any closeups of damage to the front lip? hit me back. thanks man.
