i am not sure. it seems like it would be a better fit for the 2nd gen tl over the 3rd gen tl because of the width. you may want to go over to the 2g tl forum and ask the guys that are wheel experts over there. 18 x 7 +42 offset.

im pretty sure the tl-s wheels are 17 x 7 +50 offset, but i've seen 2g tls use 3g tl stocks so i'm not sure. let me know if you have any other questions.

i was wrong... 02-03 tl-s wheels are 17 x 6.5 + 55 offset!!! still up for grabs folks. these rims look really good in person.
