SOLD! FS: Blacked Housing Inserts

I have for sale a set of brand new blacked out housing inserts. I sanded down the chrome inserts from a set of factory housings and painted them matte black. So anyone looking to black out their housing internals can save the time and effort of the sanding/painting process. For 2002-2003 Acura TL/TL-S.

These are flawless.

$55

I also have for sale a set of four (4) genuine Honda center caps. Part # 44732-S87-A00.

$25

They aren't the whole housing. It is just the black insert that goes in the housing if you were looking to black yours out. These have never been installed.

Do a quick search for black housings and you'll find a pic of what your headlights could look like.

Haha, well you have to take apart your housings which can go bad quickly if you don't know what you are doing. There are plenty of threads around DIY's for clearing your headlights that would explain how to install em if you want to poke around some. Let me know how I can help. Thanks!

PS - $55 was an old price. I'll take $40 bucks for them.

Black Housing

I'm not too familiar with parts but I've been wanting the black housing. With this part you are selling, what would be the next step? I have 03Tl-S with stock headlights. Thanks. khk1223@hotmail

Is it still for sale?

not to be an a$$hole but just to let you guys know the running and signal light wont be very good because he painted over the reflectors so theres nothing to reflect the light out. but all you gotta do is bake your headlights and insert this. If you were selling this before i would've bought it and put it in my second pair and resell it.

You are correct that it won't be as reflective as if it were chrome, but that is obvious. I personally wouldn't black out a set of headlights if I didn't want them to be...black. I chose to stay cleared on my ABP because in my opinion it looks better on that color so handing these off to whoever might want to save some time.

Price is still $40, sale is pending.
