I have a comptech icebox for 99-2003 TL ( DOES NOT FOT TYPE S) for sale.
It is in very nice condition and I recently cleaned the filter.
It comes with everything that was included in the kit when I bought it.
I paid $310 including shipping for this kit.
It sounds very nice and you instantly feel the difference
