anyways. can i get a picture and can these be combined? also does AA only do continental flights? in other words, can i go to vietnam?

Yes these can be combined, they work just like gift cards. If AA can go to Asia you can use them. When I fly to Korea I use Asiana so these aren't worth much to me. The only downfall I can forsee is if you want to apply these to expedia or orbitz, you have to get the tickets direct through AA.

BTW It's not fraud, I won "round trip tickets" for myself + 1 from my companies Christmas party. They decided to give it out with gift cards for AA.

I can take pictures of them and post tomorrow for "proof". I've traded a lot of times on this forum and I would never scam anyone on here... since some people know where I live
