I wish I could trade you my blue for red lol... It would go better with my TL-S interior... If someone wants the blue display... buy this one and I'll trade you my blue for the red :o ) you can keep the directwire cords etc. I just want to swap out the unit... mine also is in excelllent condition

so this was hardwired? will I have any issues with this if I just want to use the standard power cord?

CGTSX07 Just to confirm what dannycls said, you won't have any problem using the standard power cord. FYI... I had never done anything electrical and when I hardwired my detector a few weeks again, I was amazed at really how simple it was. I sent you a PM, If you want to buy this one, I will happily trade you my blue unit and my blue cig power adapter for the Red unit (and the red cig power adapter)
