I have a new pioneer GEX-P7000TV unit for sale. It was showcased, never been used. Unforunately, I don't have any wires and remote it came with (it got lost), but it comes with the wires that are attached to the unit. You can easily save yourself a lot of money by buying the remote and the wires.

Can i use this for a unit other than Pioneer? Do i have to buy an antenna?

You can use this unit on your navi screen since it has RGB output. As for other units, I believe you can, I'm not too sure however. You might want to talk to someone about it. You will need to buy a multidiversity antenna, I bought mine (4 XOVisions) for $55, better than the pioneer antenna.
