Philips 85126+ D2R Bulbs (Pair)

Bought these and installed for a day. Were advertised as 5000k and did not match my 5000k fogs at all. They are definitely 4300k. Very bright and complete difference from my old bulbs but I don't wanna look goofy with lights that don't match. Looking for $120 + shipping. Bought them for $70 each. My mistake = your gain. Will come in Philips packaging as I still have it.

Here's some more info on these bulbs...

Genuine PHILIPS Limited Edition D2R HID/XENON Replacement bulb with part# '85126+'.
These bulbs are very rare to find in the market and would replace the stock HID light bulbs on vehicles such as ACURA, AUDI, BMW, BENZ, and etc... , that originally came with factory HID lighting system as stock/OEM option.

The color of all HID bulbs is subjected to change over time to become bluer and whiter as more usage applies on the bulbs. At the same time, the lighting output (known as lumen) decreases and gets dimmer lighting output.
These limited version of '85126+' bulbs do not colorshift and lose lighting output but they maintain the strong lighting performance without colorshifting process.

Yes the 3G does take D2S bulbs but the difference is a notch on the base and the ceramic glare shield on the glass.
Example (not my pic)D2R bulb pic
The round notch is the extra notch on the D2R bulb while the D2S does not have it. This in conjunction with the ceramic glare shield helps place the bulb in such a way to reduce glare for reflector headlights that can't handle so much light as well as projectors do since they "project" the light in only the needed places, not into the eyes of oncoming traffic.
