ONE 18'' or 19'' rim w/ or w/o Tire

put short, i need a 18'' (with tire) or 19'' (w/ or w/o tire) to use for 2 weeks or to purchase for cheap. tire can be low on tred, like i said all i need is for it to work for 2 weeks. my 19'' OZ rim has a crack and needs to be repaired.
local around DE, MD, or Philly would be best, might be able to pay for shipping.
On a budget, let me know if you have any extra 18'' or 19'' inch wheel!
also, i can pay to borrow it for the listed two weeks and ship it back if possible.
